The free plan includes one digital Free Issue each month with up to 15 photos. You can upload photos, add headers and captions, view the finished magazine in Lately, and upgrade when you want printed magazines or higher photo limits.
Every printed issue is a US Letter magazine, 8.5 by 11 inches, with a matte cover and silk-coated interior pages. The free preview is a six-page digital issue you read in the app.
Monthly and Seasonal plans renew automatically until canceled. A Monthly Issue is prepared for each monthly cycle, while a Seasonal Issue follows its three-month season. Keep your shipping address current and complete the issue requirements shown in Lately before the collection window closes.
Paid printed magazines use Stripe. Add and confirm a saved shipping address in Lately first. The app checks whether our print and shipping partner can deliver the magazine there and shows any estimated shipping charge. Stripe then collects payment and applicable tax using that saved destination.
Standard shipping to eligible US addresses is included. For other supported countries, Lately requests a live estimate from our print and shipping partner for the destination, magazine, and number of copies, then adds that estimate at Stripe Checkout. For Group Issues, each member checks out and pays international shipping for their own delivery address. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other local fees are separate and may be due on delivery. If our partner cannot ship the magazine to a country or address, the app will say shipping is unavailable and will not open checkout.
Use Request refund from Manage Subscription, Manage Single Issue, or Manage Group Issue. Refunds are reviewed by support and are not instant.
