These terms govern Lately accounts, uploaded content, magazine products, subscriptions, one-time purchases, group participation, fulfillment, and support.
Monthly and Seasonal plans renew automatically until canceled. Single and Group Issues are one-time purchases.
Customers must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and print submitted photographs and words.
Orders may not be cancelable after submission for production. Eligible damage, material production problems, or delivery failures may receive an appropriate remedy after review.
Customers may not compromise accounts, payments, infrastructure, other users, intellectual property, or the safety of the service.
